* For Honor/Memory Acknowledgements: If you would like to make a donation in honor of or in memory of a person or an occasion, Hire Heroes USA will send an acknowledgement for you.  If placing the donation online through our donation link above, please enter in the "Notes" section the following information:

3. Full name of person receiving acknowledgement letter
4. Address of person receiving acknowledgement letter

Donate Your Car to The Yellow Ribbon Program

How It works:

Contact Us to Donate - There are two ways to contact The Yellow Ribbon Program.
(a) Fill out the car donation form online (b) Call The Yellow Ribbon Program at 877.751.8080

2. Schedule the Vehicle Pickup - Once we have your vehicle donation information, our local towing company will contact you to schedule a convenient time to pick up your vehicle at no cost to you. When the towing company arrives to pick up your donated vehicle, they will also gather the signed title, keys and other information relevant to that vehicle.

If you are not going to be home when the vehicle is picked up, you will need to advise the towing company specifically where in the vehicle you will be leaving the signed title and keys. The towing company will leave you a towing receipt showing that your vehicle was picked up on behalf of The Yellow Ribbon Program.

3. Receive Your IRS Tax Deduction Receipt - Once The Yellow Ribbon Program is in possession of your donated vehicle with a signed title, our office will mail the proper IRS tax-deductible donation receipt to you for your records. This process usually takes between 1 to 2 weeks.
