Our technique is simple: provide employment workshops, personalized career coaching and job sourcing, then watch clients find great jobs. It’s happened more than 17,000 times since our inception in 2007, and our services are provided at no cost to clients.
There really isn’t any mystery to what we do – it just takes a lot of hard work and an unshakeable belief in our clients’ potential. If there is a “secret sauce,” it’s our personal approach. Whether at our signature employment workshops or through virtual career coaching, clients are partnered one-on-one with an expert Transition Specialist, who works collaboratively to:

- Translate military experience into civilian terminology
