The Story: Carl Meyer is celebrating Independence Day by showing his respect for the service and sacrifice of the men and women of our Armed Forces by holding his 9th annual “100 Holes for Our Heroes” golf event, benefiting Hire Heroes USA. This annual fundraiser will be held on July 4th at the Chenequa Country Club in Chenequa, WI. This event, planned and executed by Carl himself, involves the passionate, longtime golfer’s attempt to play 100 holes in a single day.
Carl’s determination, vision, strong dedication to our nation’s veterans, and his own hard work has – to date – resulted in more than $460,000 for Hire Heroes USA.
How to contribute
1. Individuals can make a tax-deductible donation to this event online by registering.
2. Corporate Sponsorships are available for a $3,000.00 tax-deductible donation.
3. Sponsorships are also available at the following donation levels:
- 5 Star General – $1,500
- 4 Star General – $1,000
- 3 Star General – $500
- 2 Star General – $300
- 1 Star General – $155

How will your donations be used?
Funds raised will go towards the programs and services of Hire Heroes USA, including Warrior Transition Workshops held in conjunction with the USO. These workshops provide career transition training at no cost to transitioning service members, veterans or their spouses. During the two-day workshops, Hire Heroes USA staff and volunteers teach service members, veterans and their spouses how to identify personal goals, formulate job search strategies, create effective resumes and excel in job interviews.
