Employer Training

Some employers need guidance when establishing veteran hiring programs. Hire Heroes USA offers a variety of training to educate recruiters, hiring managers and HR personnel on best practices. Virtual Career Fairs 

Hire Heroes USA hosts Virtual Career Fairs throughout the year to help connect our clients with employers and their open positions. These events take place in live chat rooms where hiring personnel and veterans can discuss qualifications and specific opportunities. Our next event will be held on November 1, 2018. Targeted Email Campaigns 

Hire Heroes USA can engage a large talent pool by sending emails targeted to job seekers that meet your specific criteria, like education or security clearance level. Onward to Opportunity Program

Onward to Opportunity (O2O) is a partnership with the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University providing industry-specific training to military members, veterans and military spouses in select curricula. Participants are submitted to job openings with O2O-partnered employers. Employers commit to interviewing participants who are guaranteed to meet the basic requirements.
