What happens next?
- After completing registration, you’ll be prompted to enter MyTrak – a smartlist that helps manage tasks, review progress, and communicate with our Transition Specialists and volunteers.
- Then, we’ll ask for some documents and basic information we call “Essentials.” This is…essential in beginning the process with a Hire Heroes USA Transition Specialist.
- Once you’ve completed the essentials, we will assign you to a Transition Specialist. The process can take several days, so please be sure to check your email and keep your phone handy.
Meet Your Idaho Team Lead
Meet Zach Tibbits. Zach became Idaho Program Manager at Hire Heroes USA and Employment Pillar Director at Mission43 in April of 2022. Zach has two years of experience working as a Transition Specialist with Hire Heroes USA.
Zach reached out to Mission43 and Hire Heroes USA when it was his time to transition from the US Marine Corps. He knows firsthand what it’s like to feel lost, confused about professional life after military service. He fully utilized all that the programs had to offer, and networked day in and out until Hire Heroes USA hired him as a Transition Specialist.
Zach is an Idaho native and enjoys all that the Gem State has to offer. He is married with two young daughters which keeps him very busy outside of work.
