Through our signature remote service delivery programs, you are individually partnered with a highly-trained Transition Specialist who works collaboratively with you to:
- Create a tailored civilian resume that effectively highlights your skills and achievements
- Translate military experience into civilian terminology
- Learn effective job search, and strategic networking techniques
- Utilize industry-specific volunteers for mock interview services

What happens next?
Registration is open Monday-Sunday. After completing your registration, you’ll be prompted to enter MyTrak – a smartlist to manage tasks, review progress, and communicate with your Transition Specialist and network of volunteers. You will be required to complete the Essentials portion of MyTrak before being assigned to a Transition Specialist. We’ll ask you for proof of service and whether you have a working version of your resume, as well as a few basic employment questions. This information is key to begin your one-on-one relationship with a Hire Heroes USA Transition Specialist. Note: The more information you can provide us upfront, the better prepared out team is to serve you in your job search.

Hire Heroes USA’s Idaho Area Manager
U.S. Army veteran Tony Torres
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Tony served 21 years in the U.S. Army, where he developed combat leaders as a U.S. Army Ranger Instructor and served in the ranks of the U.S. Army Special Forces, leading Special Operations teams during multiple deployments. Tony relocated to Idaho from Hire Heroes USA’s headquarters near Atlanta, GA. As the Idaho Area Manager, he is focused on building relationships with employers to hire military veterans and military spouses, and serving as a vital team member in the Idaho veterans community.
