Hire Heroes USA has helped tens of thousands of military members and their spouses find employment. This level of success could not have been achieved without the support of our partners. Hire Heroes USA relies almost exclusively on public and private donations to sustain our work.

Support Exceeding $10 Million

Ripple Thanks to an incredible $10 million donation from Ripple, Hire Heroes USA will expand our reach—delivering life-changing career support to more veterans and military spouses nationwide, and expected to generate 14,000 employment outcomes. As a global leader in blockchain and crypto solutions for businesses, Ripple’s donation is being made in RLUSD stablecoin and is an investment in the future of the workforce through its $50M philanthropic initiative to expand economic and educational opportunity in the U.S. This investment will open doors to high-growth industries, fuel veteran entrepreneurship, and strengthen families, communities, and the future of our workforce.
National Philanthropic Trust In 2022, Hire Heroes USA was honored to receive an extraordinarily generous unrestricted contribution of $11 million from the National Philanthropic Trust, made on behalf of philanthropist and author MacKenzie Scott. This historic donation, the largest single gift in our organization’s history, enabled us to meet the immediate demand for our services, strengthen our programs, and position our mission for long-term growth and impact.

Call of Duty Endowment The Call of Duty Endowment helps veterans find high quality careers by supporting groups that prepare them for the job market and by raising awareness of the value vets bring to the workplace.
A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation The A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation supports post-9/11 veterans and their families, investing in education, community and sense of purpose, employment, health and wellness, and family support.
Walmart Foundation The Walmart Foundation meets the needs of the under-served by directing charitable giving toward core areas of focus: Opportunity, Sustainability and Community.
Schultz Family Foundation Guided by a belief that an “inequality of opportunity” is stifling America’s potential, the Schultz Family Foundation invests in innovative programs and partnerships that unlock human potential, remove barriers to success and create new pathways to opportunity.
J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation The J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness and expanding ways to learn; and to enhancing sense of place and community for all Idahoans.
Men’s Wearhouse Since 2016, Men’s Wearhouse has been dedicated to supporting veterans and military spouses, donating over $5.2 million to Hire Heroes USA’s mission. In 2023, they deepened their commitment by choosing Hire Heroes USA as one of the four beneficiary charities of their “Threads of Valor” donation campaign, allowing customers to contribute year-round to making a significant impact in the lives of veterans. This enhanced partnership led Men’s Wearhouse to become the inaugural sponsor of the Junior Enlisted Program, directly benefiting thousands of junior enlisted service members by providing them with essential support for transitioning to meaningful civilian careers.
JTMF Foundation The JTMF Foundation partners with amazing organizations who are meaningfully impacting the lives of individuals today, as well as supporting innovative groups working to solve long-term challenges. Particularly, the foundation partners with organizations to help address the physical and mental well-being of our retired military as they cope with their experiences.

The Institute for Veterans and Military Families

IVMF is the first interdisciplinary national institute in higher education focused on the social, economic, education, and policy issues impacting veterans and their families, post-service. Through their focus on veteran-facing programming, research and policy, employment and employer support, and community engagement, the institute provides in-depth analysis of the challenges facing the veteran community, captures best practices, and serves as a forum to facilitate new partnerships and strong relationships between the individuals and organizations committed to making a difference for veterans and military families.

LinkedIn

Partnering since 2020, LinkedIn grasps the challenges that veterans encounter during their transition. They annually publish a Veterans Opportunity Report offering profound insight into the hurdles this demographic confronts. In 2023, LinkedIn generously awarded a $100,000 unrestricted grant, along with a $100,000 LinkedIn Ad Grant, and provided a $59,288 in-kind donation for LinkedIn premium accounts for Hire Heroes USA staff members.

Advance Auto Parts Foundation 

The Advance Auto Parts Foundation supports the development of a healthy, skilled and diverse workforce. The Foundation’s focus is to support organizations and programs that prioritize workforce readiness and provide assistance to underserved populations, including military veterans seeking to join the civilian workforce. Through their generosity, Hire Heroes USA has developed and implemented the Women Veterans Program.
