Hire Heroes USA empowers U.S. military members, veterans, and military spouses to succeed in the civilian workforce because we understand that “it's more than a job.” It's the mark of a successful transition and a way forward for our soldiers and their families.
We can only do this work with your support.
In 2023 we connected more clients to jobs than in any year since our founding.
Samantha Bell, Veteran, U.S. Navy, Woman Veteran of the Year 2023
The transition from military service to civilian success is a process made possible by the support of our donors, to whom we are incredibly thankful.

Our partners put the full weight of their brands behind Hire Heroes and our nation's veterans. We are infinitely grateful not just for their support, but for their belief in those we serve.
If you're a brand that believes in the value of veterans in our workforce, get in touch.
In 2023, our work was fueled by the generosity of several corporate and foundation grants. Whether through targeted support for specific veteran sub-populations or broader backing of our services, these funders have made our mission possible.
In addition to two significant government grants—one from the Department of Labor for serving the state of Georgia and another from the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program focused on Colorado— over $9.78 million was invested in the success of our programs and operations.

—Tony J. Liles, Veteran, U.S. Army, Client of the Year 2023
Hire Heroes and those we serve are proud to have your support. Our service members, veterans, and their spouses deserve the opportunity to find their second calling with your support.
Help connect veterans, service members, and their spouses to the careers they deserve.
“I felt like they had served the country already. It's a way to give back to that service. I'll keep doing it as long as I can.”
—Philip C. Stitzinger, Volunteer of the Year 2023
