What To Except
Each Building Career Connections event lasts 90 minutes and follows a structured format:
- Employer Introductions (15 min) – Provide an overview of your company and hiring needs.
- Breakout Sessions (60 min) – Rotate through three small-group discussions (20 min each) with job seekers to answer questions and identify strong candidates.
- Closing Remarks (5 min) – Wrap-up and post-event networking opportunities.
