Empower Social Good Through Purpose-Driven Partnerships
Explore impactful partnership opportunities with Hire Heroes USA to support veteran career development, enhance community engagement, and make a meaningful difference in their lives and your brand's social impact.
The Need
Each year, over 270,000 service members leave the military; 80% of them will not have a civilian job lined up following their transition.
Every week, Hire Heroes USA registers over 800 U.S. military members, veterans, and military spouses, yet nearly 300 remain on our waiting list due to limited resources. Strategic corporate partnerships are essential to not only bridge this gap but also to implement scalable solutions that improve our service delivery, ensuring that no veteran navigates their career transition alone.
Support Our Mission
It's all in the numbers
Hire Heroes USA is the most effective veteran employment non-profit in the country, and our impact is demonstrated by our results.
John Tighe, President “It truly has been an honor to partner with Hire Heroes USA over the past six years. A meaningful synergy exists between our organizations as we continue to work together to empower U.S. military members, Veterans, and military spouses to succeed—and look and feel their best—while they transition into the civilian workforce.”
Dave Palmer
As Dave approached his retirement in June, his journey from a distinguished military career to the civilian workforce was marked by anticipation and reflection. His discovery of Hire Heroes USA through the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) briefings proved to be a pivotal resource. Working with Jill, his transition specialist, Dave benefited immensely from her expertise in resume writing, which allowed him to translate his military accomplishments into a compelling civilian resume. This initial step laid the groundwork for Dave to present himself confidently to potential employers.
Beyond resume writing, the mentorship Dave received through Hire Heroes USA opened new horizons. Jill connected Dave with industry volunteers in the health and renewable energy sectors, providing him with valuable insights and networking opportunities that would have been challenging to secure independently. These interactions broadened Dave’s understanding of the civilian job market and established beneficial connections, underscoring the power of networking and mentorship in career transitions.
