2026 Virtual Career Fairs
Hire Heroes USA is expanding our Virtual Career Fair program in 2026 in response to valuable feedback from both employers and jobseekers seeking more focused and meaningful engagement opportunities.
To provide greater flexibility and impact, we are introducing two new event formats while continuing our signature nationwide events: Regional Virtual Career Fairs — Connecting employers and jobseekers within three defined regions: East, Midwest, and West. These events offer more targeted recruiting opportunities aligned with regional hiring trends and workforce needs.

- Nationwide Virtual Career Fairs — Our flagship events will continue to unite talent and employers from across the country, now held bi-annually instead of quarterly, allowing for greater preparation, outreach, and participation.

Frequently Asked Quesitons
Employers receive access one month prior to the event, allowing time to customize your booth, upload materials, and prepare your team. If you’ve participated in the past, Radancy offers the option to duplicate your previous booth setup for faster onboarding.
You can chat directly with job seekers through text, video, or audio—giving your team the flexibility to connect in the way that works best.
Each initial chat session lasts 8 minutes, with the option to extend for an additional 10 minutes.
General admission registration includes:
- Unlimited Recruiter Seats
- 1:1 Text, Video, or Audio Chat: Video chat is preferred! Use this time to screen candidates and move them through your process.
- Fully Customizable Booth: Booths are built to be branded. Control all content that appears on your booth such as videos, infographics, or links.
- Scheduled Chat: Don’t miss out on top candidates! Invite them to schedule a chat with a recruiter at a specific time during the live event.
- Automated Queues: All chats are automatically facilitated by the platform. Additional SmartQueue technology prioritizes the most qualified candidates.
- Follow-Up Features: Use functionality built into the platform to contact candidates and access chat transcripts.
- Social Media Amplification Pack: Show your commitment to the military community by sharing content to let them know you are hiring veterans and military spouses.
However, it does not include Booth Owner Reportings, which include:
- Candidate registration information
- Booth engagement metrics
- Representative ratings
- Downloadable data for effective follow-up

In 2025, our Virtual Career Fairs attracted an average of over 800 job seekers per event, representing a broad range of industries, experience levels, and geographic regions. Notably, 80% of participating candidates were rated as “Quality Candidates,” exceeding Radancy’s industry benchmark of 72%.
