When will I receive access to my virtual booth?

Employers receive access one month prior to the event, allowing time to customize your booth, upload materials, and prepare your team. If you’ve participated in the past, Radancy offers the option to duplicate your previous booth setup for faster onboarding. 

How do I communicate with job seekers during the Virtual Career Fair?

You can chat directly with job seekers through text, video, or audio—giving your team the flexibility to connect in the way that works best. 

How long is each chat session with a job seeker?

Each initial chat session lasts 8 minutes, with the option to extend for an additional 10 minutes.

What if I purchased a general admission package?

We highly recommend adding Booth Owner Reports, which include: 

  • Candidate registration information 
  • Booth engagement metrics 
  • Representative ratings 
  • Downloadable data for effective follow-up 

Booth Owner Reports can be added during your initial event registration, or you can request them afterward by emailing [email protected].
