Women Veterans are accustomed to working in a male dominant environment, with men making up approximately 85% of U.S. military forces. However, the civilian work environment can present unique challenges that can make it difficult for women to excel and establish their presence within a team or company. The goal of this webinar is to empower women to succeed despite institutional gender bias.
