Creating Coding Careers equips transitioning service members, veterans, and military families to launch high-impact technology careers without pausing their lives. Guided by our Humanity Practice, we prioritize people over profit and collaboration over competition, embedding purpose and integrity into everything we do.

Our journey begins with a no-cost, online, self-paced Pre-Apprenticeship that is open to anyone. While you progress through a curated learning path on your own schedule, you plug into a vibrant peer community where daily discussion, code challenges, and project feedback keep you motivated and accountable. The Pre Apprenticeship on-ramp is entirely separate from SkillBridge and provides the foundational skills needed to qualify for more advanced training.

Active-duty members who meet SkillBridge eligibility can apply for our SkillBridge program, tackling real world projects that mirror industry workflows. Graduates may then have the option to transition into our U.S. Department of Labor registered apprenticeship program, earning a salary, benefits, and nationally recognized credentials (including college credit) while continuing to master their craft. Whether you pursue AI Prompt Engineering, Technical Sales and Consulting, Cyber Security, Full-Stack Software Engineering, QA Automation, or ServiceNow Development, CCC delivers a proven earn-and-learn pathway.
