James Medina Since 2019, James has served as a Transition Specialist with the Junior Enlisted Team at Hire Heroes USA where he has supported more than 800+ military veterans in finding meaningful employment. After serving in the United States Army for 20 years, James is giving back to his fellow veterans who are transitioning from the military to the civilian sector. James lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife, four children, and Gunner, the family’s beloved golden retriever.

Sidney Hubner Sidney is a Transition Specialist supporting over 900 military spouses and veterans in finding meaningful employment. She is a military spouse and has a diverse professional background in social work including child welfare, domestic violence survivor support, and homeless employment empowerment. Sidney calls on her passion for social advocacy while she engages with clients individually and in groups through virtual workshops. She thrives in building unique relationships and providing tools and support to help clients achieve their career goals.

Timothy Boson Timothy Boson Jr. is a Transition Specialist assisting veterans and their families with career transition. With 6 years of service in the US Air Force and a successful small business, he has a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a Master of Public Administration from South University. Since joining Hire Heroes USA in 2019, he has confirmed over 1,000 hires in under four years and received the Impact Person and Chairman Awards in 2023. Timothy is dedicated to creating a strong rapport with his clients’ calling on his exceptional relationship-building skills.
