GuyLevingston-landscapeGuy has been a volunteer with Hire Heroes USA since April 2016. Since joining our volunteer program, he has worked with 12 clients. 9 of them have since been hired!

Guy has made volunteering an important part of his life. To him, volunteering is more than just a hobby – it’s a lifelong commitment. Guy has previously given his time and talent volunteering with a food bank, and as a Junior Achievement teacher and soccer coach.

“My door is and always will be open to anyone from Hire Heroes USA. I look forward to making more connections and helping others in 2019 and doing whatever I can to assist them in their new career path!”

Living in the Boise, ID area, Guy has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate development, tenant representation, sales, leasing and consulting. This experience is valuable to the veteran and military spouses who come to Hire Heroes USA looking for advice on how to get into real estate.

Q: Why do you volunteer with Hire Heroes USA?

“Volunteering and giving my time to Hire Heroes USA is an honor for me and a way to support veterans entering the public sector for a new career. Personally, each new contact is an opportunity to make a new acquaintance, discuss their ideas and goals and to share some of my real estate knowledge and resources gained over the years with an up and coming hero! Hopefully, by sharing my knowledge it will assist each veteran or military spouse in making the career jump into the public sector a success!

Over the years, veterans who have served and protected our country have enabled people like me to live in a high quality of life environment not found throughout our world today! I would just like to say THANK YOU!”
