We’re always looking for volunteers with experience in areas such as federal employment, IT, cybersecurity, healthcare, HR, and skilled trades. As a national nonprofit, Hire Heroes USA offers most volunteer opportunities virtually, giving you the flexibility to help when you can.

Federal Sector Mentoring

Help military-affiliated talent interested in federal employment better understand the process. Volunteers can offer guidance on USAJOBS, federal resumes, interviews, and navigating federal career paths.
