General Assembly (GA) has trained over 100,000 adults in the industry’s most in-demand tech skills, including data analytics, software engineering, design, and AI. We operate in close partnership with universities, government agencies, employers, and other key partners to strengthen local workforce offerings and upskill their own staff.
Our initiative, Project Forge, aims specifically to serve veterans and their families in accessing no-cost training and employer connections for the civilian workforce. This project connects veterans and military spouses to technical training that leads directly to an apprenticeship-type work period directly with an employer.
