Merit America is a national nonprofit that combines flexible, part-time training for in-demand careers with best-in-class coaching and peer support to build a new pathway to the middle class based on merit, not money for tens of millions of Americans. We teach the skills employers need through “blended” learning programs, which combine the best of online learning with world-class coaching and support. Our learners see an average wage gain of $30k after completing the program and starting their new careers.
