The Learning and Development Initiative (LDI) is a collaboration between the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and the New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII) that provides skills-based learning through non-degree credentials, custom training, and workforce development programs. Established in 1880 and previously known as the Newark College of Engineering, NJIT is one of the nation’s leading polytechnic universities and a Top Military Friendly School committed to supporting those who serve and their dependents.
