Symbol evolved out of Symbol Tool, Inc., a tool and die shop founded in 1985. It exists because its management team identified a need for specialized training. Utilizing more than 50 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Symbol created a unique curriculum that is concise and targeted specifically to allow an individual to complete training and gain immediate employment/upskill incumbent workers.
