“I have had the opportunity to meet some of the most humble, dedicated and passionate people leaving [the] service and have been able to provide them with a road map to success in their career search,” Bryant said.

Bryant is one of Hire Heroes USA’s most prolific volunteers, having spent more than 62 hours advising clients on their professional journey. He also has a wealth of professional and personal experience to share with veterans and military spouses. He currently works with Navy Federal Credit Union as a recruiter, giving him a unique lens to provide clients with constructive feedback to impress prospective employers. When he left the Marines, Bryant found himself in the same situation as the transitioning service members we serve.

“When I transitioned from military service, I did not know a lot about Veteran Service Organizations. I had to figure out a lot of things through research and with the help of trusted people in my life,” Bryant explained. “I am elated that we have programs like Hire Heroes USA that are becoming more known and recommended to the military community.”

Bryant has numerous reasons why he continues volunteering with Hire Heroes USA. Whether it’s the convenience of volunteering remotely or watching our clients achieve success, he genuinely enjoys his conversations with transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses.

“Volunteering with HHUSA also keeps me connected with the military community – a group of people I always love to be around,” Bryant said.
